One class to let the stress melt away.
For those who sit too much, scroll too much, think too much. A dynamic vinyasa flow that releases tension, builds mobility and quiets the mind — you leave lighter than you arrived.
You sit a lot. You don't sleep enough. Your shoulders tense up, your lower back aches, your mind never stops. We bring that back to zero — not with theory, but with breath, movement and time on the mat.
Four reasons to join in.
Desk work, stress and scrolling lock into your shoulders, neck and lower back. Each class works those areas with purpose — a flow that reaches where you actually feel it.
The class is dynamic and physical — you move through postures rather than holding them still. The result: suppler hips, a freer spine, a deeper breath.
Breath and rhythm shift your nervous system into a lower gear — you sleep better, think more clearly, recover faster and worry less.
You build functional strength, better posture and a real balance between effort and recovery — a solid complement to running, cycling or weight training.
The yoga was wonderful! My body feels so good this morning, even after just one class. I have fibromyalgia and these past weeks I could barely get out of bed... Already looking forward to the next class!

Justin Yep
Background
Justin Yep: 'As a dancer in India I discovered yoga early on. It helped me move pain-free, handle stress better and quiet my mind. I went straight to the source — classes in Indian ashrams — and I was hooked. I later earned my teaching diploma at YogaSoma in Bruges. I've been teaching yoga for over 23 years now.'
Approach
"My classes are physical and dynamic, for men and women, from athletes to people with desk jobs. Every body is different, so I give personal tips and adjustments during class. What I hear most from students: the back pain eases, the shoulders loosen, they go home lighter. The groups are warm and welcoming — you settle in fast."
Is yoga right for me?
Too stiff, too restless, too old, not flexible enough, not the right build. I hear it all. But yoga really is for everyone, regardless of your age, your body or your level. Come and try a class — you'll know straight away.
One class to try. Then you'll know.
