Class packages and memberships
Class packages and memberships cannot be refunded or returned, extended, suspended, exchanged or transferred between people.
Refund policy for pre-registered courses
When enrolling in a course, you must pay within 48 hours to secure your place. Once payment is made, cancellation with refund or exchange is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the course or workshop, subject to a 20 per cent administration fee. Within the final 48 hours, no refund or exchange is available. We do not refund missed sessions within a multi-session course or workshop and do not offer credit for them. We are not responsible for missed classes. They are neither refunded nor exchanged for other classes or services.
Refund policy for workshops
- You can receive a full refund (less any card fees) when you cancel your registration 48 hours or more before the event date. Refunds of more than €50 may, at Ndigo's discretion, be issued in the form of a credit voucher.
- Cancellation requests for a workshop must be sent by email to info@ndigo.be.
- Absence from a workshop or series is non-refundable.
- Card refunds are subject to a 5 per cent fee to cover the processing and refund costs.
Private lesson appointments
- We apply a 24-hour cancellation policy for private lessons. When a private session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full payment is charged.
- No refund is issued for private sessions cancelled within 24 hours.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of a private lesson more than 24 hours before the appointment is either refunded or held as credit on your account.
Refund when the studio cancels
Classes, workshops and events may occasionally be cancelled by the studio. If your event is cancelled, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund or full credit.
Group sessions (parties, private lessons)
- Deposits may be refunded up to 7 days before the party.
- When a private session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full payment is charged.
Refunds for individual classes and class passes
- Pre-paid classes and absences are non-refundable.
- Class passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-shareable and non-transferable to other people. They are subject to time limits. Please always check your expiry date before and after purchase.
