Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to our website. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the website.

Privacy complaint procedure

If you believe we have not complied with our obligations under this privacy notice or applicable law, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority or through the courts. Although not required, we recommend that you first notify us of any complaint you have. Ndigo will respond in accordance with our complaint procedure. Our contact details are set out in the Contact section below.

We want to deal with your concerns fairly, efficiently and quickly. Some complaints are, however, more complex than others and an investigation may take some time.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint promptly upon receipt.
  • We will keep you updated during the investigation.

To help us resolve a complaint quickly, it is important that we understand your complaint fully. Sometimes this means asking you to put your concerns to us in writing, either by email or post. We have internal procedures for investigating a complaint, which may involve experienced staff at Ndigo. Where appropriate, the complaint will be handled by someone not previously involved in the matter your complaint concerns.

Unless applicable data protection law requires us to respond within shorter timeframes, we aim to resolve your complaint within 15 working days and, in exceptional circumstances, within 35 working days.

As noted above, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority or with the courts if you are not satisfied with our response or with the handling of the complaint.

Changes to our privacy policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal data, we will notify you. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
