Sweat, dance, feel great.
60 minutes a week where dance and fitness meet. Cardio, strength and mobility to good music — in a group that keeps coming back for one reason: moving without it feeling like a chore.
© Ndigo · Studio 2 Get fit without it feeling like a workout.
You want to move again. Not in a gym with machines, not alone in your living room with a video, but in a group with good music and someone leading the way.
That is Fit & Dance. Dance cardio, strength exercises and mobility packed into one hour that flies by. No dance background needed. The structure adapts to whoever shows up.
More than burning calories.
Fit & Dance combines the best of fitness and dance. You work on stamina, strength and mobility — but it feels like a night out with a group you know.
Cardio that never gets boring
Dancing is the best cardio there is. Your heart rate goes up, but you are not watching the clock. The music and the group keep you moving.
Getting stronger, without machines
Bodyweight exercises, squats, planks and dance movements that activate your core. You feel the difference within a few weeks.
An hour that flies by
No monotonous repetitions. Every class brings new combinations to good music. You leave with a smile, not a sigh.
Moving together, every week
A fixed slot in your diary. The same faces, the same energy. Most participants say the group is the reason they keep coming.
Moving more freely in daily life
Stretching, coordination and movements that open your body in every direction. Good for your back, your shoulders and your general wellbeing.
No dance experience needed
The build-up is clear and the teacher adjusts the level. Everyone dances at their own pace. No prior knowledge needed.
60 minutes, four blocks.
Every Fit & Dance class follows the same structure: cardio warm-up, dance combos, strength block and cool-down. That build-up makes sure your body works optimally without overload.
Cardio warm-up
Simple dance steps that bring the heart rate up and prepare the muscles for what is coming.
Dance combos
Short choreographies to energetic music. Jazz and funk influences, accessible for all levels. You follow at your own pace.
Strength block
Squats, lunges, core work combined with dance movements. Solid but achievable. The music keeps you in it.
Cool-down & stretch
The tempo drops, the breathing returns. Stretching for the whole back, legs and shoulders. You leave relaxed and feeling good.
One evening a week, full of energy.
€112 / sem · From the 3rd class, €10 off each additional class

Questions participants often ask.
Do you need dance experience to join?
No. Fit & Dance is built for everyone, even if you have never taken a dance class. The steps are simple and the teacher adjusts the tempo.
How intense is the class?
You choose the intensity yourself. The teacher shows a basic version and a more challenging one. You work at your own level, without pressure.
What should I bring?
Sportswear, indoor shoes or trainers with a clean sole, and a water bottle. That's all you need.
Can I join halfway through the season?
Yes. Each class stands on its own — no ongoing choreography to catch up on. The semester fee is adjusted to your start date.
Is there a show at the end of the year?
Not as standard, but every year there is the option to join the annual show. Completely voluntary.
Come and join us for a first class.
Your first class is always free. You feel the energy, you see the group, and afterwards you decide. Drop us a message.
